Privacy Policy & Terms

As per the 2018 Supreme Court order, the online sale of firecrackers is not permitted in India. Agni Siragupattasugal respects that ruling in full.

Nothing on this website constitutes a sale. The website accepts an estimate enquiry only: you choose the crackers you are interested in and submit the list. No payment is taken online, and no order is concluded through this website. Our team then contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm availability, final pricing and delivery, and the transaction is completed offline in accordance with applicable law.

When you submit an estimate enquiry we collect only what we need to contact you:

• Your name
• Mobile and WhatsApp numbers
• Email address, if you choose to give one
• Delivery address, city, state and pincode
• The list of crackers and quantities in your enquiry
• Any special instructions or preferred delivery date you add

We do not collect card, bank or UPI credentials on this website, because no payment is processed here.

• To contact you and confirm the details of your enquiry
• To prepare your estimate and, once confirmed, your invoice
• To arrange dispatch and delivery of your order
• To answer questions and provide support afterwards

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the transport partner handling your delivery, and where the law requires it.

Enquiry details are stored on our order system and kept for as long as needed to service your order and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Your browser also stores your in-progress estimate locally on your own device so it survives a page refresh; clearing your browser data removes it.

You may ask us to correct or delete the personal details attached to your enquiry at any time by contacting us on the details below. You may also ask us to stop contacting you about a submitted enquiry.

• Fireworks are sold to adults only and must be used under adult supervision.
• Follow the safety instructions printed on every product.
• Store crackers in a cool, dry place, away from children and open flame.
• Burst crackers only in open spaces and only during the hours permitted by local authorities.
• Delivery is subject to the transport restrictions applicable to fireworks.

Prices shown are indicative and are confirmed by our team before dispatch. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. A minimum estimate value applies to customer enquiries and is shown on the checkout bar. You may cancel an enquiry at any time before it is confirmed, at no cost.
